A new route featuring upscale neighborhoods, parks, and several water features north and east of the start point at Fred Meyer. Cascade mountain views! At one point, both Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens are visible. Easy route mostly on sidewalks and pavement. OK for strollers; unsuitable for wheelchairs due to a brief stretch of grass shoulder.

From Interstate 5 (Exit #1A) or Interstate 205 (Exit #27), take Highway 14 East (Camas) to Exit #8, SE 164th Avenue. At end of off-ramp (traffic signal), turn left (north) onto SE 164th Avenue. Turn right on SE McGillivray Blvd. Take second left, around the curve, into Fred Meyer parking lot at Garden Entrance “C”.
